The Eden Quadrant© is our proprietary model. It guides how we do organizational development and deliver learning and coaching.    

 

We developed the EQ© model from core principles in human and organizational development, centred around one leading truth – that people are wired to grow and excel at what they do, and by virtue of this inborn drive, so are their organizations.

 

The universally appealing analogy of a garden, an Eden, is the ideal way to think about this. People and their organizations function at their best when they have the proper cultivation and structure to change with their seasons and expand beyond their boundaries. We spend too much of our lives at work for it not to be the place where we can flourish into our best selves. Our passion is building that ideal environment for the transformation of people and their workplaces.
