Our
Coaching Services

We provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to both leaders and frontline staff.

These sessions help unpack individual goals, skills, and ambitions, and enable people to align their goals with organizational and career priorities.

For leaders, these sessions are intended to provide insight as to their own leadership style and to become more effective managers and leaders.

What is the
value of a coach?

Coaches are trained to do one thing particularly well – to ask the right questions.

They will usually offer things such as career or business advice or provide specific skills development, but it’s question asking that sets them apart.

Coaches ask you the questions you would probably never ask yourself and work with you to bring to the surface the things that can help move you forward in your life and career.

They help you to verbalize what might be hidden or unclear, and that process of verbalizing issues brings clarity to goals, situations, and challenges.

What happens in a
coaching session?

A session usually lasts from 60 to 90 minutes. The coach and coachee usually co-create the session, with the coachee naming what they want to focus on. Goals are set.

The coach takes notes during the session for follow up at the next session. At the end of a scheduled time, the coach asks the coachee what they want to commit to in terms of action or next steps.

The coach and coachee usually meet for at least three to four sessions spread over a few months.

Everything said in a coaching session remains 100 percent confidential, as per the ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
