Paul Holmes, MA, ACC

Principal Consultant

 

Paul Holmes is an organizational development specialist and principal consultant at Anthony and Holmes Consulting. He has been engaged with organizational learning and development since 2005. He specializes in transforming organizational cultures and, as a self-confessed “learner-holic,” has a passion for people development. His expertise lies in organizational leadership, culture, and change, along with intercultural competence, newcomer integration, communication, second language acquisition, and adult education. His skill set includes leading, teaching, facilitating, coaching, and instructional design. 

 

He has lived, led, worked, and taught on three continents – in Canada, England, and South Africa – with people from over 150 countries. Prior to founding A&H in 2010, he was the Manager of Corporate Partnerships at the Centre for Excellence in Intercultural Education at NorQuest College. He initiated and led pioneering projects with government and industry partners related to organizational diversity and newcomer integration. He has worked with multiple sectors from energy, construction and manufacturing to government and municipalities, law-enforcement, hospitality, healthcare, and not-for-profit.  

 

Paul holds an MA in International Studies, and graduate certificates in business leadership, change management, and instructional design. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. He also is an experienced trainer and keynote speaker and has presented across Canada. 

 


 Who We Are

Lydia Holmes, MBA, PMP, CPHR

Principal Consultant

 

Lydia is a seasoned organizational development and talent management strategist. She has 20 years of experience in workforce development, strategic planning, team building, succession planning, employee motivation and engagement, and coaching have helped transform both individual performance and organizational culture.

 

She has conducted numerous needs assessments and organization/team reviews with multiple organizations and sectors to identify gaps and provide solutions for meaningful change. In addition, she has extensive experience in the development and evaluation of classroom and online courses relating to leadership, communication, intercultural intelligence, teamwork, writing and thinking skills, and immigrant integration.

 

She brings a wealth of management experience and business acumen. Lydia has successfully led and managed large-scale projects involving numerous stakeholders and complex communication and change management issues. Prior to joining A&H, she was the Director, Workforce Planning at the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service. 

 

Lydia has an MBA, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
